Returns and refunds

If it's not right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back.

How to return

Email toastnook.shop@gmail.com with your order number. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged or not working

Send us a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you. You won't need to return it.

Refund timing

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
